My journey with massage started early, working solely on my family and friends. I attended UNM Taos where I received a very well rounded integrative massage education. Two years later I completed a year long Structural Integration course which furthered my knowledge of the body, and especially of the fascia. I have an intuitive touch and I listen with my hands to find the areas of your body that are tight and need attention. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2019.
I have been passionate about the human body and how it works since I was young. I started doing gymnastics and dance when I was 5 and I was fascinated with all the incredible ways in which we can move our bodies. Acrobatics led me to circus arts which became my biggest passion and continues to inspire me to this day. Movement and mobility are two of the most important things for me and I believe all bodies should be able to move without pain or restriction. Body work has helped me heal more than anything else. Experiencing this over and over again led me to pursue body work as a career. Helping my clients gain mobility and eliminate pain is something I am very passionate about. That's why every session is tailored to each clients specific goals.
